Adira is specialty coffee roasted after you order in California — made for the drip machine on your counter, not for a café line. Behind it are two Bulgarians who love great coffee, and every bag sends $1 to young leaders in Bulgaria.

Our best coffee for the drip machine: medium-dark, smooth, cocoa and caramel, no bitter finish. Great black, great on a cold Ohio morning.

Not sure which coffee? 1-minute quiz →A community of 70,000 Protestants in a country of 6.5 million. Since 2024, Adira has shown up wherever its young leaders gather — pouring the coffee, teaching about business and money, or both — and $1 from every bag you buy keeps it that way.
Innovation Station vol. 6: 60+ students, 12 NGOs and 24 mentors working on real social problems — with Adira coffee for every team and Adira Blend for the winners. Believers and not-yet-believers at the same table.

Twenty years ago, in a small kitchen in Sofia, Stefan didn’t drink coffee. Ekaterina did. He started making it to impress her — one grinder, one machine, the dose weighed by hand — until it became a cup they both looked forward to. That cup is where Adira comes from.
Bulgaria isn’t simply where Adira’s founders come from. It’s still part of who we are.
Bulgaria has about 70,000 Protestants in a country of 6.5 million. The organizations below are its backbone — the largest evangelical union, the Global Leadership Summit network, the Christian business chamber, the community’s newspaper and its events calendar. Adira shows up at their gatherings — with coffee, with teaching, or both.
Figures from the organizations themselves; the Global Leadership Summit figure is worldwide.
For every bag ordered through the Christian Family Radio partnership, Adira contributes a fixed amount to one named initiative — and reports here where it went.
Qualifying orders: every order placed after visiting adiracoffee.com/moody — no code to remember, the visit is recognized automatically. Contributions are counted monthly and transferred to the partner organization running the program; the tracker below is updated by hand when that happens.
Adira supports Christian initiatives in Bulgaria that equip young believers with practical skills in leadership, business and organizational management.
Adira is a small company. We don’t run these programs ourselves — we work alongside organizations in Bulgaria that have the people, the infrastructure and years of experience, and we direct our contribution to their real initiatives: coffee served at every gathering, seminars on business and stewardship, and funding for the next one.

The Global Leadership Summit for young people in Bulgaria — world-class speakers on video, group discussions and practical leadership sessions, organized by Studio 865. This is the event the CFR partnership sponsors in 2027.

Organizer of the Global Leadership Summit in Bulgaria and of the GLS NextGen gatherings for young leaders. Adira serves the coffee at every one of them.

Bulgarian Christian Chamber of Commerce (БХТК)
A network of Christian business owners. Runs the seminar “Is it wrong to be rich?” on business, money and stewardship at youth camps across Bulgaria and Greece — Stefan is one of the teachers.

Assemblies of God Bulgaria (СЕПЦ)
The Union of Evangelical Pentecostal Churches — Bulgaria’s largest Pentecostal union. Many of the young people at the gatherings and camps come from its churches.

Bulgaria’s evangelical newspaper. Media partner: the stories from the gatherings and camps reach the wider church through its pages.

Promotional products and branded gifts. Supplies the printed and branded materials for the gatherings and camps.

Bulgaria’s calendar of Christian events. Where the gatherings are announced and young people find out about them.

The youth ministry of Shalom church in Vratsa, north-west Bulgaria — one of the local groups whose young people take part in the gatherings.
