Where this matcha comes from

Ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha — first-harvest leaves, shade-grown and stone-milled. Bright jade color, smooth umami, naturally sweet finish.
We blend it with Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi. The mushrooms add a quiet earth note underneath — grounding, not muddying.
We don't claim what the mushrooms do. The matcha carries the cup on its own; the mushrooms just add a layer.

• Lion’s Mane – traditionally used in food cultures for its unique flavor and association with clarity and focus.

• Cordyceps – long valued in traditional practices for supporting stamina and vitality.

• Reishi – often referred to as the “mushroom of balance,” appreciated for its calming and grounding qualities.

Whisk, shake, or stir into hot or cold water for a smooth, creamy drink with a gentle lift and deep, natural flavor. Each 1 oz package provides about 28 servings.

Because we use real mushroom powder (not extracts), a small amount of natural sediment may remain — a sign of authenticity and quality.

Shipping & returns

Roasted after you order

We don't keep bags sitting on a shelf. Your coffee goes into the roaster after you place your order — which is why it arrives tasting the way coffee is supposed to, and why it takes a few days longer than something pulled off a warehouse rack.

Free shipping

• Your first bag ships free — the code is applied for you at checkout.
• Orders over $35 ship free, always.
• On the Coffee Plan, every delivery ships free.
• Otherwise, shipping is a flat $3.

When it arrives

Roasting & packing: 3–5 business days (a little longer around holidays)
In transit: 2–5 business days
Total: 5–10 business days — coffee at peak flavor, not warehouse-aged.

No expedited shipping

We can't rush a roast. That 3-day minimum is the roasting, resting and
packing — skipping it would mean sending you coffee that isn't ready.

Carriers

USPS for most orders (First Class for a single bag, Priority Mail for
2–8 bags), UPS Ground for larger orders (9+ bags).

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships. If it
shows "Pre-shipment," your box is packed and waiting for the next
carrier pickup.

International is not available

“None — just the bean. No flavorings, no fillers, no oils.”

WHO ROASTS THIS

Two Bulgarians. One American coffee aisle.

We’re Stefan and Ekaterina. Coffee came into our lives in Sofia — we learned the craft together in a small kitchen, long before we ever thought about a business.

Then came the American coffee aisle. Sixty bags on the shelf, most asking you to trust the label — half called “premium” with nothing to back it up. None of them told us who grew the beans, or were roasted for the cup in front of you. We couldn’t find the coffee we wanted — so we built it.

Specialty-grade only. Named cooperatives on every label. Roasted in California within days of your order. Not a brand — just the bag we’d actually brew, the one that should have been on the shelf all along.
