Refund policy

 

We stand behind every bag of ADIRA Coffee. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please do not send any products back to us. Coffee is a perishable food product — returned coffee must be discarded. Instead, contact us and we will resolve the issue without requiring a return.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong product, or with a defect, contact us within 7 days at info@adiracoffee.com with photos. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Quality Concerns: Not satisfied with the quality? Contact us — we'll work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or if your package was lost/damaged in transit, contact us. We will work to resolve the situation.

Refunds: When approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Orders already processed or shipped are not eligible for refund.
