Why Does It Take Time?
Unlike mass-produced coffee that sits in warehouses, every ADIRA Coffee order is roasted fresh after you place it. Your beans are crafted specifically for you — roasted in small batches in California to ensure peak flavor and maximum freshness.
This means your coffee won't be days or weeks old when it arrives. It will hit peak flavor right after delivery — the way specialty coffee is meant to be enjoyed.
Good to know: Fast shipping usually means the coffee was roasted weeks ago. Our process takes a few extra days, but the difference in your cup is unmistakable.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States.
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $35 are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International Shipping: Available — rates are calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped via USPS.

Processing times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note: International orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery time or safe arrival. International shipping is more expensive and carries a higher risk of delays or issues. International orders are non-refundable once shipped.

About Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not available. Because each order is roasted after it is placed, the roasting and fulfillment process requires a minimum of 3 business days.
We believe in setting honest expectations. Your delivery timeline depends on both the roasting process and the day your order is placed. The result is coffee that arrives at peak freshness — and it's worth every day of the wait.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time.
Pre-Shipment Status: If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," it means your order has been processed and is waiting for the next carrier pickup. This is normal and should update within 1 business day.
