Do I have to subscribe?
No. Joining is free and asks nothing of you — no card on file, no schedule, nothing to cancel. Buy when you like; every bag counts. Autopilot is a separate switch you can turn on or off whenever you want.
Can I lose my level?
Never. Levels are counted in bags you've already brewed, and those don't un-happen. If you take a long break (90+ days), only the free-bag counter pauses — it picks up again with your next bag.
What counts as a stamp?
A 12 oz bag is one stamp. The 1 lb bag is two. The 2 lb bag is three. Tea and matcha count as one each. Gifts you send count for you.
How do I get the member price?
Sign in with your email at checkout (we send a code, no password). The member price is applied automatically to every bag in your cart. On Autopilot it's already built into the plan.
Does the discount grow with my level?
The member price is the same at every level — 10% off, 15% on Autopilot. What grows is what you unlock: early access, the members-only Coffee of the Month, free bags, a 1 lb bag a year at our Kitchen Table. We'd rather give you coffee than another percent.
What's the free bag, exactly?
A credit for a 12 oz bag of any coffee, sent to your email. Use it on any order within six months, on its own or with other bags.
Is there anything in the box?
Just the coffee, roasted for you after you order. Everything else the club gives you — settings, early access, your ring, your credits — lives in your inbox and in My Cup, so it's there when you need it.
What if my first cup tastes off?
Write to us. Bitter, sour, flat — say which, and you'll get a change to make before the next cup. If the bag really isn't for you, we'll swap it.
