New to Adira? Start with Adira Blend. Our best-selling house drip/espresso is crafted from a careful selection of specialty-grade beans sourced from cooperatives around the world and roasted dark to bring depth, body, and the kind of consistency you can build a morning around. Expect a bold, full-bodied cup with low acidity, a long chocolatey finish, and the smooth structure that makes it pull beautifully as a single espresso shot or open up with milk in a latte or flat white. No tropical fruit acrobatics, no light-roast experiments — just a deeply roasted, reliable cup that tastes the same on a Tuesday as it does on a Sunday.
Built the way a house blend should be built. Instead of one origin we use several — each chosen for a specific role: one for body, one for cocoa-sweet finish, one for the rounded acidity that keeps the cup from getting flat. We taste them together, adjust the roast for balance, and only ship the lots that hold up across espresso, drip, and milk drinks. Adira Blend is forgiving across most home setups — it brews well black, in milk, drip or espresso. And when you want more precision, we give you a starting recipe for your exact machine and grinder. Bold, balanced, and easy to love.

Real cups, real kitchens — @adiracoffeeus
What people are saying
New in the U.S. — early customers are trying Adira now. Every bag is roasted to order in California, and if a cup isn’t right, Stefan answers your email personally.
WHO ROASTS THIS
Two Bulgarians. One American coffee aisle.
We’re Stefan and Ekaterina. Coffee came into our lives in Sofia — we learned the craft together in a small kitchen, long before we ever thought about a business.
Then came the American coffee aisle. Sixty bags on the shelf, most asking you to trust the label — half called “premium” with nothing to back it up. None of them told us who grew the beans, or were roasted for the cup in front of you. We couldn’t find the coffee we wanted — so we built it.
Specialty-grade only. Named cooperatives on every label. Roasted in California within days of your order. Not a brand — just the bag we’d actually brew, the one that should have been on the shelf all along.

Something delicious for everyone.
Smooth, named-origin coffee crafted to elevate your daily ritual.
Roasted after you order. Not before.
Most coffee sits on a shelf for months before it reaches you. We roast every bag in California within days of your order — so what arrives is the cup the roaster meant, not what's left of it.
Two Bulgarians. Real names. Real bag.
Adira started as the cup Stefan and Ekaterina wanted to drink every morning — built in a small kitchen in Sofia, now roasted in California for here.
Every bag carries their names. Every batch passes their taste.
Five cooperatives.
CoopeAgri (Costa Rica), Café del Macizo (Colombia), Alma de Chiapas (Mexico), Oromia (Ethiopia), and Sumatra smallholders.
We name everyone we buy from. If we can't, we don't roast it.
