Where this coffee comes from

Adira Cold Brew is a coffee built on purpose for the long, slow extraction that cold brewing demands. Roasted at a balanced medium profile and blended for the qualities that come alive in cold water — natural sweetness, low bitterness, and a smooth chocolate-forward body. In the cup you'll find layered notes of cocoa, toffee, and soft floral tones, with a clean finish that doesn't need sugar or syrup to taste like dessert. Brew it overnight in a jar in the fridge, charge it in a Nitro keg, or pour it over a single big ice cube on a Saturday afternoon — this is the bag you reach for when the weather warms up and your espresso routine takes a break.

Built for cold, not retrofitted for it. Most coffee labeled "cold brew" is just whatever the roaster had on hand — dark beans ground coarse and re-marketed. We do it differently. The roast curve here is tuned to develop the sugars and dampen the bright acidity that cold water already mutes, so the cup comes out balanced instead of flat. Ground coarse for slow infusion, this blend produces a clean, body-rich concentrate that holds up over ice and stretches beautifully with milk or oat milk into a cold cappuccino. A summer morning, in a glass.

WHO ROASTS THIS

Two Bulgarians. One American coffee aisle.

We’re Stefan and Ekaterina. Coffee came into our lives in Sofia — we learned the craft together in a small kitchen, long before we ever thought about a business.

Then came the American coffee aisle. Sixty bags on the shelf, most asking you to trust the label — half called “premium” with nothing to back it up. None of them told us who grew the beans, or were roasted for the cup in front of you. We couldn’t find the coffee we wanted — so we built it.

Specialty-grade only. Named cooperatives on every label. Roasted in California within days of your order. Not a brand — just the bag we’d actually brew, the one that should have been on the shelf all along.
