Welcome to ADIRA Coffee ("we," "us," "our"), operated by ELMEDIA EOOD. By accessing or using our website at adiracoffee.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order or using any features of our Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.


1. General Conditions

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our products — including coffee, tea, and related goods — as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities of any product we offer.

Food Products Disclaimer: Our coffee and tea products are food items produced in a facility that may process allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Please review product labels and descriptions for specific allergen information.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where required by law.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Every ADIRA Coffee order is a 100% custom product — your coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order. This means the freshest coffee possible, crafted specifically for you.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Violation of these Terms

Processing Time: Because each order is roasted to order, processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Changes: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@adiracoffee.com. Orders that have already entered the roasting process cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Because every order is roasted fresh to order, please allow time for your coffee to be crafted before it ships. This ensures your coffee arrives at peak flavor — not pre-roasted and sitting on a shelf.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $75 are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Each order is roasted to order — processing takes 3–5 business days (longer during holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days from order to doorstep.

Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, selected based on package size and destination for the most efficient delivery.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders are shipped via USPS and cannot be guaranteed for delivery time or safe arrival. International orders are non-refundable once shipped. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is not available. Because each order is roasted after it is placed, the roasting and fulfillment process requires a minimum of 3 business days. The result is the freshest coffee possible — and it's worth the wait.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Subscription Orders (Subscribe & Save)

We offer subscription plans that allow you to receive products on a recurring basis at a discounted price.

  • Frequency Options: You may choose delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Discount: Subscribers receive a discount as displayed at the time of enrollment.
  • No Commitment: You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@adiracoffee.com.
  • Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment according to your chosen frequency.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any orders that have already been processed or shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every bag of ADIRA Coffee. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to make things right.

Important: Because coffee is a perishable food product, please do not send any products back to us. Returned coffee must be discarded and cannot be resold. Instead, contact us and we will resolve the issue without requiring a return.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong product, or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adiracoffee.com with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you — no return required.
  • Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please reach out to us. We take quality seriously and will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement order.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, or if your package was damaged or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include sending a replacement order.
  • Refund Processing: When a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscription Orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for a refund.

8. Account Registration

You may create an account on our Site to manage your orders, subscriptions, and preferences. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of ADIRA Coffee / ELMEDIA EOOD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ADIRA Coffee name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ELMEDIA EOOD. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content or trademarks from the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure
  • Collect or store personal data of other users
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without permission

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ADIRA Coffee. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. You access such links at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADIRA Coffee, ELMEDIA EOOD, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the State of California.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADIRA Coffee regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
