Dialed in for your kitchen
Every coffee comes with a recipe for your exact grinder and brewer — grind, dose, temp and time, saved to your account and emailed to you. You nail it from the first cups, not the whole bag.

We're Stefan and Ekaterina. Coffee found us in Sofia — we learned it
together in a small kitchen, dialing in grind and dose by hand long
before there was ever a business.
Then we looked hard at the American coffee aisle — and couldn't unsee it. Sixty bags on a shelf, most of them old, half of them called “premium” with nothing to back it up. But even the genuinely good specialty bags had the same quiet problem: they hand you the beans and walk away. You're left to dial in your grinder from zero, guess the dose and grind, and wonder — when the cup comes out sour or bitter — whether it was you or the coffee.
That was the thing nobody was fixing. The problem isn't only what's in the bag. It's that no one owns the cup once it reaches your kitchen — your grinder, your machine, your hands.
So that's what Adira is. We roast to order and ship fresh from California — and every bag comes dialed in for your exact grinder and brewer: the grind, dose, temperature and time to start from, not guess at. Then we learn your taste as you go. Too sour? Too bitter? Tell us, and the next cup gets better.
We're not really a roaster. We're your coffee
person — the one who makes sure the cup in your hands is right, from the very first one.
— Stefan & Ekaterina, founders of Adira
Same beans, same roast, same recipe for your gear — every time you reorder.
WHAT MAKES ADIRA DIFFERENT
Great roasters hand you the bag and leave. We stay until your cup is right — dialed in for your gear, and better with every order.
Every coffee comes with a recipe for your exact grinder and brewer — grind, dose, temp and time, saved to your account and emailed to you. You nail it from the first cups, not the whole bag.
Too sour, too bitter, too weak? One tap tells us — and your next recipe, and your next coffee, gets better.
Nothing sits in a warehouse rotation. Your bag starts roasting the moment you order and ships fresh from California.
Real people enjoying real coffee. These are the moments we live for.
