I didn’t grow up drinking coffee.
Coffee entered my life in my early twenties, through the woman who would later become my wife.

At the time, we were still students. She loved coffee deeply. I began making it for her — first to impress her, then to understand it, and eventually to respect it.

What started as a simple gesture became a ritual.
That ritual turned into a pursuit of quality, freshness, and craft.
