BUT ADIRA’S STORY DIDN’T START IN CALIFORNIA.
It started in Sofia.
Twenty years ago, in a small kitchen in Sofia, Stefan didn’t drink coffee. Ekaterina did. He started making it to impress her — one grinder, one machine, the dose weighed by hand — until it became a cup they both looked forward to. That cup is where Adira comes from.
Bulgaria isn’t simply where Adira’s founders come from. It’s still part of who we are.
THIS IS ALREADY HAPPENING.
Not a cause invented for a campaign. Work that is already going on.
Since 2024, every NextGen leadership gathering, youth camp and student business event in our community has run on Adira coffee — brought and served by us — and Stefan has taught the seminar on business, money and stewardship at the camps. No projections below. Only what has already happened.

NOW YOU CAN BE PART OF IT.
Every CFR order creates a real contribution.
For every bag ordered through the Christian Family Radio partnership, Adira contributes a fixed amount to one named initiative — and reports here where it went.

INVESTING IN PEOPLE.
Equipping young leaders in Bulgaria.
Adira supports Christian initiatives in Bulgaria that equip young believers with practical skills in leadership, business and organizational management.
Collaboration creates greater impact.
Adira is a small company. We don’t run these programs ourselves — we work alongside organizations in Bulgaria that have the people, the infrastructure and years of experience, and we direct our contribution to their real initiatives: coffee served at every gathering, seminars on business and stewardship, and funding for the next one.

The Global Leadership Summit for young people in Bulgaria — world-class speakers on video, group discussions and practical leadership sessions, organized by Studio 865. This is the event the CFR partnership sponsors in 2027.

Organizer of the Global Leadership Summit in Bulgaria and of the GLS NextGen gatherings for young leaders. Adira serves the coffee at every one of them.

Bulgarian Christian Chamber of Commerce (БХТК)
A network of Christian business owners. Runs the seminar “Is it wrong to be rich?” on business, money and stewardship at youth camps across Bulgaria and Greece — Stefan is one of the teachers.

Assemblies of God Bulgaria (СЕПЦ)
The Union of Evangelical Pentecostal Churches — Bulgaria’s largest Pentecostal union. Many of the young people at the gatherings and camps come from its churches.

Bulgaria’s evangelical newspaper. Media partner: the stories from the gatherings and camps reach the wider church through its pages.

Promotional products and branded gifts. Supplies the printed and branded materials for the gatherings and camps.

Bulgaria’s calendar of Christian events. Where the gatherings are announced and young people find out about them.

The youth ministry of Shalom church in Vratsa, north-west Bulgaria — one of the local groups whose young people take part in the gatherings.
