Love Blend
Medium roast · Sweet milk chocolate, floral
Where this coffee comes from
Love Blend. A sweet, medium-light blend built from coffees we love — clean cocoa-forward beans from Central America paired with bright, floral lots from East Africa. The Central American side gives the cup its backbone: milk chocolate, soft caramel, and the rounded body that makes espresso feel substantial. The African side gives it the lift: a delicate floral aroma, a wash of red fruit, a finish that stays sweet long after the last sip. Pulled as espresso it produces a syrupy, sugar-bright shot with a thick crema; stretched with milk it turns into a flat white that doesn't need sugar. This is the cup you make when you want espresso to taste like dessert without being a dessert drink.
Why "Love." Because this blend is the one we keep coming back to ourselves — the bag that ended up on our own kitchen counter for months before we put it on the site. We roast it medium-light on purpose, against the espresso convention of dark, because we wanted to keep the natural sweetness intact rather than burn it into smoke. The two sides of the blend are tasted together every batch — Central America for chocolate, Africa for floral lift — and the ratio gets adjusted lot by lot until the cup tastes balanced and unmistakably sweet. No bitterness to hide behind. No dark-roast crutch. Just two regions doing what they each do best, in one cup.

“None — just the bean. No flavorings, no fillers, no oils.”

“We cup every batch before it ships — bad roast on good beans is still a bad cup.”

WHO ROASTS THIS
Two Bulgarians. One American coffee aisle.
We’re Stefan and Ekaterina. Coffee came into our lives in Sofia — we learned the craft together in a small kitchen, long before we ever thought about a business.
Then came the American coffee aisle. Sixty bags on the shelf, most asking you to trust the label — half called “premium” with nothing to back it up. None of them told us who grew the beans, or were roasted for the cup in front of you. We couldn’t find the coffee we wanted — so we built it.
Specialty-grade only. Named cooperatives on every label. Roasted in California within days of your order. Not a brand — just the bag we’d actually brew, the one that should have been on the shelf all along.
