Your morning coffee is older than your milk.
Most supermarket coffee was roasted 3–12 months ago. We're two Bulgarians who couldn't drink that — so we built Adira. Roasted in California after you order. Smooth, chocolate-leaning, low-bitter. The bag we'd actually drink.

Adira Blend
Real cups. Real kitchens.
Tagged with #adiramorning by people who actually drink it.
Right now, one of these is true.
What's in your cup right now
- Roasted 3–12 months ago. Sitting on a shelf since spring.
- Bag tells you nothing — origin? roast date? altitude? variety?
- Marketing words: 'premium', 'gourmet', 'artisan'. Mean nothing.
- $6–12 a bag of vague. Or $5/day at the chain on the corner.
What's in your cup with Adira
- Roasted in California within 5 days of you clicking order.
- Origin, varietal, altitude, cooperative — all on the bag.
- Specialty-grade only. Every lot scores 80+ on the SCA scale.
- ~$0.65 a cup — about 34 cups a bag. Less than a week of cafe runs.
Three things, no fluff.
What you're actually paying for — every bag, every time.
Roasted after you order — never from a shelf
Every bag is roasted in California within 5 days of you clicking order. Sealed in a one-way-valve bag the moment it cools. The aroma when you open it is the aroma the roaster meant for you.
Specialty-grade only. Nothing below 80 SCA.
We don't sell 'premium', 'gourmet', or 'artisan' — words that have no legal definition. Every Adira coffee scores 80+ on the SCA cupping scale. If it doesn't make the cut, we don't roast it.
We did the homework. You just brew.
We taste 200+ lots a year. We label what we found honestly. You don't need to learn process methods or cupping scores — you just need a bag that's good. That's what's in here.
How it works.
Pick your bag
Try Adira Blend (smooth, chocolate-forward, dark) — or take our 2-min quiz to find your match across 5 single origins. Pick whole bean, espresso, drip, or French press grind.
We roast after you order
No shelf inventory. Your beans hit the roaster within days of you clicking order. Cooled, sealed in a one-way-valve bag, and on the truck the same week.
Lands in 7–10 days from roast
Coffee at peak flavor — not what's left after a year on a pallet. Brew the first cup the day it lands. Store the rest sealed in the one-way valve bag, dark and cool. The aroma holds 4–6 weeks if you don't burn through it first.
